SJC ships to almost every country in the world. Shipping from China.
Common shipping methods for Stitched Jerseys and Kicks are: DHL / EMS / USPS / FEX / UPS / Express.
Successfully Ordered
- When your payment is successful, we will send you the package confirmation information via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours, please check and reply carefully.
- After you confirm the information, within a few days (according to the stock of jerseys or shoes, most will be within 2-5 working days, a small part will need to wait a few days) we will send you QC (jersey or shoe pictures). We will ship after you confirm QC.
- Arrived 1-2 weeks after confirming QC.
- If you have any requirements for the order, please tell us in the order message.
Shipping Time
After you confirm the QC (jersey or shoe pictures) message, our shipment usually takes 1-2 weeks (so be sure to check and reply to our customer messages from email or WhatsApp).
Estimated Shipping Times
- United States: 7-14 business days.
- United Kingdom: 5-8 business days.
- Australia: 8-15 business days.
- Canada: 8-15 business days.
- Europe: 3-4 weeks
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Track Package
After the package is shipped, we will send you a shipping photo, tracking number, and site.
Note: For tracking numbers, it may take a few days for them to become active on the tracking website. We will upload the tracking number to the website, click on your order to check the logistics. Or we will also send you the website to check the logistics and tracking number.
Note: During public holidays, shipping times may be affected as couriers will limit their operations during these times. While unfortunately this is beyond our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.

Returns and Exchanges Policy
At SJC, we hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer service, and we want you to love your new jerseys and kicks! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we offer a comprehensive 30-Day Returns guarantee for each order. Please rest assured to buy.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines:
Contact Us for Returns: If you wish to return your items, please contact us to obtain the shipping address.
Condition of Items: All items must remain in their original status: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Non-Quality Issues: If the return or exchange is not due to a quality problem, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. We support returns or exchanges under these conditions.
Order Confirmation: Before placing an order, please confirm the color, size, and style we offer. If the issue is not related to quality, returns are not accepted.
Size and Fit: If we send the correct size but it does not fit, we do not accept returns. We recommend contacting Customer Service to check the CM of the insole before shipping after purchase.
Quality Issues: If there is a quality problem or we ship the wrong version, please take photos of the item and send them to us. We will take responsibility for quality-related issues.
Customs Interception: If your item is intercepted by customs, we will resend it once.
Non-Returnable Situations:
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or cleaned.
Incorrect model or size ordered by the customer.
Goods with outer packaging damaged due to shipping process issues.
Items that exceed the 30-day return period.
Special Note for Custom Jerseys:
Custom jerseys are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their personalized nature. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.
